How to plan your Entry on your big day!!

Hey Guys! So I saw alot of you take interest in the Wedding Entry so I thought I'd share a few tips and also I am planning to share a playlist from which you can pick your song!!

Entry Style:

First things first.. You have to decide on the style! Very Generally! If you want a decent walk or a fun dancing entrance. It all depends on which event you are planning the entry for.
For example.. Engagements or Receptions are those kinda events on which you can decide.. If you want a formal event or you want a fun event. These events are flexible or lets say they vary from family to family! For Baraats you SHOULD have a super decent kinda entry! That is a MUST for baraat! I would advise you guys to not experiment on Baraat! And on walima you can do whatever your New husband is comfortable with. You can dance your way in or gracefully walk hand in hand on a nice romantic song!

The Song:

After choosing your style (decent or fun) You have to chose a song! Now there are two options:
1. Trending Songs
2. Old is Gold kinda Songs
You can create a very innovative kinda entry on the trending songs or Old evergreen songs to stand out. Or you can do what everyone is doing. Go with the flow. It all depends on what you want. If you are that kinda person who is okay with doing what everyone else is doing then its easy for you. You can pick any song that is trending or was trending in the past. Find some inspiration online and replicate it. But if you are like me and want your entry to be one of a kind, never been done before type then get ready to do a lot of brainstorming.
Listen to the song that you picked a hundred times and imagine your entry. How would you want it. Make a list of all the people who you want in your entry. Find inspiration online. Mix two or three ideas And it will click! You'll know what you want! And everything will work out perfectly!!

Some Tips:

  1. Try involving people in your entry who'll be willing to do it on their own. Begging people to participate kinda ruins the fun.
  2. Don't try to experiment a lot with props on your Baraat.. Try keeping it simple and elegant on Baraat.
  3. Chose a fun but elegant entry if you are having a "Shendi".
  4. For your walima entry.. Choose a song that is close to you as a couple.. That, may be, is your song! Or you both enjoy! Or have a story behind.. You'll remember it forever :) Me and Waleed walked on "Perfect" By Ed Sheeran because the song was really close to us as a couple.
  5. Electric Flower pots (Anaar) look super lit in pictures. They can really step up your decent entries!
